The 850 Service Center provides performance testing of a broad range of sophisticated off-highway power shift and automatic transmissions and hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders, torque converters and valves, as well as those used in heavy duty trucks.
This is the state-of-the-art version of the original test stand first built for testing Caterpillar components some 25 years ago and refined through close cooperation with our major manufacture customers over the years to test most all components built by top manufacturers, including Caterpillar, Clark, Komatsu and Dresser.

Easy to access and remove Manifold-mounted valves.

Input power provided by a 200HP, 3-phase electric motor, wired at the factory to match customer's electrical requirements.

Durable, Reliable Design - Extends test stand life by eliminating oil contamination from both the tested components and control systems. A modern hydrostatic drive system prevents operations harmful to the bench itself, in addition to providing reduced noise and vibration.
