850M Military Transmission & Hydraulic Test Stand
The 850M was developed to meet the complete transmission and hydraulic component testing needs of military repair facilities worldwide. In-line, cross drive, and power shift transmissions can be tested on the 850M, whether they are automatic or manual. Hydraulic pumps, motors, valves and cylinders also fall within the 850M's capabilities.
The 850M features a powerful 200HP or 300HP electric motor coupled to a load-responsive hydrostatic drive system. The drive system simulates the actions of an internal combustion engine as the component is being tested.

Dual dynamometer load units apply stress to the outputs of cross drive transmissions found in tanks, and in-line transmissions found in other military vehicles.

The 850M features a work/support sump that utilizes I-beam construction to provide the sturdiest structure available. It also doubles as an oil spill basin with its own pump and filter system to return the oil to the main reservoir.
