900 Test Stand

- Custom Designed for Off-Highway Construction Rebuilds

The Model 900 for performance testing power shift and automatic transmissions, torque converters and hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders and valves.  Featuring the most advanced technology on the market today, the 900 features an independent closed loop hydrostatic drive for a contamination-free drive system, independent constant display, digital instrumentation for easy readability and glycerin filled pressure gauges.

Features include:

  • 300HP electric motor with a 10.86 cu in. variable displacement axial piston pump and 15.25 cu.in variable displacement axial piston motor capable of 1200 lb/ft torque @6000-psi up to 1275 output rpm and a maximum rpm of 3400 drive system. 400HP electric motor optional.
  • A 7,200 psi high pressure flow circuit; a 0-60 gpm main flow out circuit up to 1,000 psi; a 0-8.5 gpm high pressure flow out circuit up to 7,200 psi; and a 0-60 gpm lube flow out circuit up to 65 psi.
  • Individual constant display digital tachometer and three flow meters.
  • Fixed tube bundle type heat exchanger with thermostatically controlled water regulating valve for cooling.
  • Large glycerin filled pressure gauges for ease of viewing.
  • 12 month warranty on material and workmanship.

Durable, Reliable Design - Extends test stand life by eliminating oil contamination from both the tested components and control systems.  A modern hydrostatic drive system prevents operations harmful to the bench itself, in addition to providing reduced noise and vibration.

Reduced Costs - Performance testing minimizes "redoes" and the possibility of a critical failure in the field.  As a result, equipment dealers can realize more profitable maintenance contracts and increased customer satisfaction.
