A 2000HP Military Cross Drive Transmission test stand accommodating an AC input motor to simulate the engine, output power absorption simulating vehicle loading, differential wheel test points and brake, shift and steering servo actuators for complete transmission control and vehicle simulation.
A 3,150hp engine dynamometer system mounted on a mobile 40’ trailer. Supply pumps are mechanically driven and cooling is accomplished using raw water to minimize electrical service requirements.
AC dynamometer and hybrid tandem dynamometer experience allows Power Test Engineered Solutions to design custom systems for applications ranging from high-speed transient dynamometers that can be engineered for hybrid vehicle e-motor testing to high-torque, low speed shear-brake axle test stands that can absorb off-highway vehicle loads.
