Sussex, Wis. – May 31, 2015 – For the 9th year, the Power Test team has taken the Army Physical Fitness Test (PFT), the same test recruits must pass to graduate basic training. The company offers the opportunity to participate to all team members as a part of its commitment to their health and wellness.

This year, 49 team members participated, seven of which were first-time participants. Another first for Power Test was an employee receiving a perfect score of 300 points, achieved by Pat Koppa, President.

The Army PFT involves three tests, each scored out of 100 points: two minutes of sit-ups, two minutes of push-ups, and a two-mile run. Participants must score at least 60 points on each event in order to pass, and point values are determined by age and gender.
