Data Acquisition and Controls - PowerNet CD Commander

Power Test Dynamometers, Inc., offers several outstanding data acquisition and control systems,  which include a workstation or a control interface, hardware, computer system and software, as well basic instrumentation and controls for both engine and chassis dynamometers.

The PowerNet CD Commander is specifically produced for our chassis dynamometers.  PowerNet CD utilizes a networked computer system to provide automated, repeatable vehicle tests - all controlled from a touch screen device operated from the driver's seat.  During a test, the operator is prompted with simple, step-by-step instructions, and the computer does all of the work. 

When connected to the PowerNet CD system, vehicles equipped with an ECM interface can transmit valuable engine data, which is automatically merged with dynamometer information to be viewed and stored, reported, and graphed.  This information can be easily viewed from the hand held control.
