PowerNet LT is a complete monitoring and control package for dynamometers and engines. LT transforms a specially designed interface box and a standard computer into a highly efficient engine development and qualification tool. Featuring a condensed version of our PowerNet software, LT offers fully automated testing with just a few mouse clicks.
Included with the LT Control Interface are temperature sensors for engine, oil, fuel, and air; and oil and fuel pressure sensors. Sensors are enclosed in the industrial console and supplied with a quick disconnect. Information from these sensors and the torque, rpm and power measurements from the dynamometer are automatically recorded to the computer's hard drive. A manually operated emergency stop button is located on the outside of the console for safety.
Commander LT is a stand-alone control and data acquisition computer system, including a 17" color monitor, CPU, keyboard, mouse and color printer. Tests are quickly created, run and saved from this easy-to-use Windows™ based system.
The engine throttle and dynamometer load are automated, ensuring accurate performance of each test step. Simply select a preset template and perform the test. Templates may be configured and stored with adjusted sensor units, ranges, alarm values, test patterns, and language of display.
Customizable visual displays and flashing alarm warnings that alert when sensors exceed their preset range of operation. Data is automatically recorded during alarm states for later analysis. An operator can also collect data points when desired. Just like the full version of PowerNet software, all LT reports are fully customizable!
