Transmission Dynamometers
In 2006, Power Test purchased the transmission and hydraulic testing equipment division of Aidco International. Power Test has expanded its product offerings through the acquisition of Stuska dynamometer for the automotive performance industry, Maxwell Dynamometer for the transit industry, and now with the addition of the AIDCO Test Systems hydraulic, transmission, and valve body test stands for mass-transit, heavy duty, off-highway and military applications. With the addition of the AIDCO Test Systems Power Test is now your one-source dynamometer provider for testing your principle power train components and vehicles.
Test Stands
AIDCO Test Systems offers the latest in modern, electric motor and hydrostatically-driven transmission test stands. All units feature air-cooled eddy current absorbers (optional with model 900), resulting in minimal test cell noise and reduced maintenance.
Model 255 Valve Body Test Stand
The AIDCO Model 255 Valve Body Test Stand is used to calibrate and test automatic transmission valve bodies and governor assemblies (with optional governor drive assembly).
450-Series Transmission Test Stand
Available in both electric motor and hydrostatically-driven versions, the AIDCO Model 450E and 450H Transmission Test Stands are designed for testing all automatic and power shift transmissions used in commercial applications built by Allison, ZF, Voith and Renk, as well as most military transmissions.
850-Series Transmission and Hydraulic Component Test Stand
For nearly 40 years the AIDCO 850-Series Transmission and Hydraulic Component Test Stand has been the industry standard for testing of a broad range of sophisticated off-highway power shift and automatic transmissions and hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, and torque converters.
The Model 850M has been developed to meet the transmission and hydraulic component testing needs of military repair facilities worldwide.
900-Series Transmission and Hydraulic Component Test Center
Featuring the most advanced technology on the market today, the AIDCO 900-Series Transmission and Hydraulic Test Centers are used testing hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders and valves, as well as power shift and automatic transmissions, and torque converters.
