Capable of simulating actual operating conditions, the AIDCO Model 255 Valve Body Stand performs with exceptional accuracy. Designed for testing mechanical valve bodies, the Model 255 can now be equipped with electronic controls to test valve bodies for Allison Generation 4 1000/2000 series and 3000/4000 series transmissions.

A wide variety of operating conditions are created by combining electronic shift control components, shift selector and modulator controls, hydraulic oil pressure and motorized rotation for the governor (optional). Using these controls, shift schedules can be customized to provide optimum transmission performance in every application.

With the ability to make precise adjustments of shift schedules for specific applications, you can assemble and calibrate valve bodies as you need them. Governors can be tested as well using an optional adapter block. This eliminates the need for maintaining large stocks of matching valve bodies and governors.
